Dating back centuries is an idea that in the weeks following birth, a parent should be given the opportunity to heal, rest, and bond with their baby. But in our fast-paced society, where we’re celebrated for 'bouncing back', we tend to overlook the deep impact overexertion after childbirth can have.

The first 6 weeks following the birth of your baby is a time of amazing but intense time. It's also an opportunity for you to lay the groundwork for your future health, giving you the energy to nurture your baby during their fourth trimester and beyond, and to become the parent you always thought you'd be. 

Wearing the hats of postpartum Doula, best friend, concierge, confidante and coach, I use my experience and expertise to curate epic experiences for parents to feel empowered in the messy throes of motherhood.

I aim to ensure that my visits honor the rhythms of your home and do not disrupt you and your baby.

Each visit is a bespoke experience to suit your needs.

YOUR VISIT MAY INCLUDE:

  • Birth debriefing

  • Therapeutic support for managing feelings relating to your birth experience and/or life as a new or returning parent

  • Healing food preparation & education

  • Sitz bath preparation 

  • Massage information & instruction for parent and baby

  • Newborn care demonstration including bathing/swaddling/dressing

  • Infant feeding assistance, whether your breastfeed or bottle feed

  • Referral to/assistance in attending specialist appointments postpartum

EACH VISIT IS A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS AT $30 PER HOUR

Postpartum Placenta Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, hemp, etc.)
  • 1 large handful of greens (spinach, kale, swiss chard, etc.)
  • ½ cup frozen organic cherries
  • ½ frozen organic banana
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 2 scoops of placenta powder mix

Directions

Blend non-dairy milk and greens together. Then, add the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high. Drink as a meal replacement, snack, or take sips throughout the day to keep your energy up in a natural way.
